BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Booking and payment: To confirm a booking, a non refundable deposit of £100 per week must be enclosed with the booking form, duly signed.The balance of the rental sum is due at least ten weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period.
2. Cancellation: Should you cancel your confirmed booking for any reason whatsoever, the following charges will apply and will be deducted from any repayments made to you: Cancellation prior to 10 weeks before rental - deposit only Cancellation between 4 and 10 weeks - 50% of rental Cancellation within 4 weeks of rental - 100% of rental
3. Rental period: The rental period begins at 4pm on the day of arrival and terminates at 10am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.
4. The accommodation may only be shared or assigned by you with our agreement, otherwise only those persons shown on the booking form are permitted to stay in the property.
5. Changes to booking: wherever possible, changes to the booking made will be accommodated although charges may apply. Changes to rental dates within 10 weeks of travelling may be deemed as a cancellation and subject to charges shown in clause 2.
6. Safety: The property booked has its own private pool. The owners and there agents cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever and howsoever caused as a result of the use of the pool or its surrounding area. Guests are specifically required to supervise children at all times as the pool has a depth of 6 feet.
7. Force Majeure: The owners of the property all their servants or agents will not be liable for any loss or delay occasioned by, but not limited to, strikes, riots, political unrest's, hostilities, war or threats of war, terrorists activity, industrial dispute, fire, flood, technical or weather problems to transport, aircraft grounding, airport closure or any other event beyond the owners control. The property owner or agent shall be entitled to cancel the booking if the owner or agent is prevented or hindered from carrying out the obligations agreed to herein, and in such event will refund to the client any deposit or monies paid unless the owner can provide alternate accommodation similar to and of a standard equal or higher than that booked.
8. Insurance: All clients are required to have adequate insurance cover in force for the entire period of rental.
9. Telephone: The property booked has a telephone. All telephone calls other than local and emergency calls must be paid for in full.
10. Security deposit: In addition to the rental charges a security deposit of £100 for letting of up to three weeks is payable to cover breakages or damage to the property or contents and excessive cleaning costs other than those normally incurred in connection with the occupation of the premises. The deposit is returnable, subject to deductions to cover expenses mentioned within 5 weeks of vacation of the premises.
11. Liability: The owners or their agents of the property accept no responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused.
12. Safety and security: The owners and their agents reserve the right to enter the premises at any time for whatever reason (you are contacted by telephone prior to any call unless in an emergency)
13. Documentation: All passports, visas and health certificate requirements are the client's responsibility. The owners accept no responsibility for any delay or expense incurred through any irregularity in such documents.
14. Jurisdiction: Signature of the booking form constitutes acceptance of a contract on these terms subject to English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts.
15. Booking types: The property is for rental to families only. The owners regret that the property cannot be hired by all male or all female parties.
Animals: The owners of the property regret that pets will not be allowed to holiday in the property

home
